Remove the media from the machine, retrieve clamp and replace on TEB. If clamp was part of the flyoff, then replace the clamp with a new clamp. This error is reported. A flyoff occured, flyoffs can occur for several reasons: (1) Media not loaded properly. (2) Media not in good condition (3) Vacuum not strong enough, check to make sure vacuum pump is working (4) Spinning the drum too fast.
